The Rich Watches Refund Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you a refund on the following terms: 

All watches and bracelets that are unworn and whose labels have not been removed will be refunded.  The original box (if included) as well as all documents (warranty booklet, user manual, etc.) must also be returned. If part of the complete scope of delivery is missing, a reduced refund may be made. 

In principle, we will refund all watches and bracelets that have been returned in full and unused condition.

The customer can return the product within 14 days (from the day of delivery) without giving any reason. The full amount including shipping costs will be refunded. 
 

The customer can request the refund via email. The money will be refunded in the same way the item was paid for (e.g. Paypal). Refunds will only be made once the watch has been received and inspected. 
 

The customer bears the shipping costs for the return.
 

In the event of an exchange, the new watch will only be sent once the watch in question has been returned and checked.
